Refunds & Returns Policy

Love Your Pet BEST is a small company with a small team of dedicated people who genuinely want to do right by you, our customer. If we failed in any way, we will work with you to make things right. 

Order cancellation

All orders can be canceled within 12 hours from the time of purchase. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within that 12 hour period from our Contact Us page. However, once an item has been shipped we will be unable to cancel the order.

Please provide as much of the following as you can.


Your satisfaction is our #1 priority and we want you to shop with confidence. We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on everything we sell starting from the date it arrived at your door.

If your product is faulty or damaged, please email us to begin the process.

Refunds (if applicable)

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund as quickly as possible and remain in contact with you during this process.

If/when a refund is granted, we will immediately begin the process of crediting your purchase price back to whichever payment method you originally used.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
